At Prahran Market Store, our focus is on educating our customers on how to get the most out of their plant life. We’ll help you choose the plants that best suit your individual lifestyle, then arm you with everything you need to know about caring for your indoor or outdoor garden, so you can grow together.

Along with our wide range of plants, we stock beautiful garden accessories and gifts including designer pots and terrariums, as well as a range of tools for the garden.

I’ve been in the industry for many years, beginning my career as a florist and working for a number of leading wedding event companies and floral experts, but it was eventually my adoration for plants that took centre stage. 

Plants bring me so much joy and happiness and sharing them with my customers is the most beautiful thing. There’s nothing more fulfilling than having a customer come back and tell me just how much they’re loving their new vertical garden or enjoying caring for their herbs.

The truth is you think you are caring for nature but in fact you are cared for by nature. Plants teach you how to be calm and cool. That’s what makes them so special.
